For the workplace

Unlock the potential of a thriving workforce

At The Bodart Practice, we understand that supporting your leaders and internal community is just as important as the work you do. When people become stuck, unsure or overwhelmed they are unable to do their best work and their productivity and performance suffers, even when they have the best intentions. When people are well resourced and well supported this flows through to the work they do and how they lead and empower others.

We craft custom plans to solve your problems and give you support using our whole person, values based approach.

In a busy and demanding world, we believe that every person deserves to find the clarity and direction they need to thrive fully in the present, and take steps to build the future they want

therapy clinics

Providing comprehensive holistic mental health support

We understand how important it is to prioritise mental health and recognise that this investment will build healthier, more resilient teams. Our psychology therapy clinics offer tailored programs to meet the individual needs of each person, allowing them access to expert care and support that goes far beyond traditional employee assistance programs. We understand that mental health is more than just the mind, which is why our approach incorporates psychological therapy with body focused approaches such as yoga, breath work, nutrition, and mindfulness. Our aim is to provide your leaders and teams with the best possible care and create a safe space for them to explore their mental health and find new ways of managing it. We can provide our clinics in-house at your offices, within our established locations, online, or a combination of these.

psychology-led coaching

Unlock Individual and Organisational Success: Our Psychology-Led Coaching Program

With our psychology-led coaching program, your people will be equipped with the self-awareness to understand their strengths and growth areas. They will have the tools to:

  • Cope with stressors

  • Realise their full abilities

  • Learn well and work well

  • Be present within their roles

  • Fully participate within their teams

  • and the wider organisation

Our approaches are guided by psychological and neuroscientific research and our wide experience. These elements help us to understand what works best for the person and for the organisation, and enable practical delivery of technical and professional skills.

Our programme is based on our three-stage holistic approach; Past, Present and Future

Three stage holistic approach to psychology-led coaching at The Bodart Practice

We will meet with each person individually to understand more about who they are, their purpose and challenges and where they would like to develop. We will use assessment tools to help us to understand where things are working well and where they are getting stuck. We will take soundings from leaders to understand their challenges and areas that the organisation has identified as areas for development.

We will develop individualised targeted plans. We will bring together our holistic clinical and business expertise to carefully construct topics and themes to work through within our confidential sessions.

We will plan and deliver a programme of individual psychology-led coaching. The frequency and duration will be tailored dependent on the needs and availability of the individual. We will evaluate progress against our targeted areas for development and make adjustments where needed.

Workshops and Webinars

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Group work builds knowledge and skills as well as facilitates cohesion and peer support. Group workshops allow cross-fertilisation of ideas and counteracts that feeling of ‘being alone’ against what often will be common challenges. The benefits of our workshops can be amplified when combined with group or individual coaching sessions.

We also offer webinars on topics that can benefit a wider audience.

Here are a selection of webinars, workshops and talks we can provide:

  • Building Better Connections

  • Optimising Performance: Stress, burnout and results

  • Daily wellbeing essentials; sleep, nutrition and self-care

  • Value based leadership / Developing a values based workplace

  • Planning over procrastination

  • Yoga classes

  • Nutrition

wellbeing away-day Retreats

We host bespoke online and in-person retreats for teams and companies that can be anything from a half day to an overnight experience.

Laura Natalie Retreat.jpg

In the first instance we will arrange a consultation with you to understand the mental health challenges or needs that are unique to your team or company. Perhaps you have been through a stressful time of change or uncertainty or simply want to invest in a mentally well workforce.

If you do not already have baseline measures of the mental health of the participants then we will be happy to arrange a pre-retreat survey. For all retreats we will gather feedback and outcome data to demonstrate the tangible outcomes for everyone involved and identify next steps.

Sample program

By understanding your needs & goals, we will design a bespoke retreat. However, a sample program may include:

  • Relaxing yet revitalising yoga sessions

  • Breath work and meditation exercises to tap into the creative and intuitive side of the brain, and to improve concentration, open mindedness and learning

  • Exercises to identify values and purpose at work and in our lives more widely

  • Exercises to work with difficulties that can take us off course

RETREAT FEEDBACK

The retreat really hit me in deep. During the visualisation, I realised how much I have neglected myself in the past few months. So, your retreat was the spark to reignite my commitment to self-care. Thank you!

Great presenters giving a sense of caring and responsibility in the materials they share and the importance of a healthy life and the simple steps to take to make improvements, without a gym!

I have learned the importance of taking care of your body and mental health is a priority and not a part time thing. Work is important but a part of your day needs to be for recharging and energising.
