MENS LENS SUPPORT GROUP
WHERE SELF-DISCOVERY MEETS SOLIDARITY
Men’s Lens isn’t just a support group; it’s a safe place for men to come together to unpack life's challenges openly. Here, experiences are shared, and bonds are created that strengthen us as individuals.
Join us in a space where real conversations thrive, and together, we shape a path toward self-understanding and collective empowerment.
This isn’t about fixing; it’s about embracing what exists. Your voice, your feelings, your opinions - they all matter here. Together, we establish group boundaries and foster an environment of genuine emotions.
Our sessions guide us through arrival, check-ins, reflective discussions, breaks, and closing reflections. It's about understanding what's helpful, acknowledging what's not, focusing on what's ahead, and coming away with invaluable insights.

victor reid- course facilitator
Victor, a seasoned psychotherapist, CBT therapist, and skilled group facilitator, embarked on a transformative journey that spanned two decades. His profound realization, "It took me 20 years to figure out who I am and understand that no one is gonna save me but me," became the cornerstone of his personal and professional growth. His therapeutic approach, anchored in cognitive-behavioural therapy, reflects a fusion of empathy, insight, and a commitment to empowering individuals through introspection and positive transformation.
His life's narrative serves as inspiring evidence to the transformative power of self-discovery and the belief that, ultimately, we hold the key to our own journey.
