The ending of therapy or a workshop is really just the beginning. It marks the end of a journey we’ve been on together. It may have been a bumpy ride, yet we say goodbye with hope and optimism that the insights and tools you have gained will set you off on your path with a greater sense of who you are and where you’re going. We say goodbye with an open invitation to return whenever you may need. Looking after our mental health is a lifelong endeavour after all.
