Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy
Psychosexual and relationship therapy offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore concerns around sex, intimacy, identity, and relationships. The work is grounded in a sex-positive, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach, supporting clients to feel safe, respected, and understood.
The therapist is currently completing a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS). Following submission and marking of current coursework, full therapeutic services for individual clients will be available from November.
At present, sessions focus on initial assessment and formulation, allowing space to gently explore each client’s experiences, needs, and goals before moving into deeper therapeutic work.

(sex-positive, kink-aware, and LGBTQI+ / GSRD allied)Gender identity and expression
Sexual function concerns, including:
vaginismus
dyspareunia / anodyspareunia (pain during sex)
anorgasmia
low sexual desire
erection difficulties
premature or delayed ejaculation
Sexual health
Sexual trauma
Shame
Compulsive sexual behaviours
Fertility-related challenges
Relationship difficulties, including communication challenges, infidelity, and differences in libido
Looking ahead
From next year, Clare will undertake specialist training in Intimate Partner Therapy will enable work with couples, triads, and polycules, offering supportive spaces for partners to explore connection, communication, and intimacy together. This service is expected to be available from autumn next year, following successful completion of training and clinical assessments.
