welcome!

It’s great to have you here.

I am Dr Natalie Bodart, a London based clinical psychologist with a passion for working with my clients to face the tough stuff and get the results that they truly want and deserve.

No health without mental health

I am a big believer in reducing the stigma around mental health and I am so pleased that mental health is firmly on the agenda. But sometimes the message can get confused that we have to do this behind closed doors; in the therapy room or on apps in our homes.

The Bodart Practice is on a mission to offer high quality individual consultations and therapy as well as taking psychology into accessible spaces where we can really think, talk and get creative together through talks, workshops and retreats.

Along with my expertise, I bring no judgement, wholehearted compassion and a strong ethical practice. After all, we’re all in it together.

You bring you, your team, or your tribe and I will bring my knowledge and psychological techniques to guide us towards understanding, acceptance and direction.

My professional background

I have several years of experience working therapeutically with clients across the lifespan struggling with a wide range of difficulties.

I have worked in the NHS, with corporate clients such as Google and Morgan Stanley, as well as privately in my own practice and with The Priory Hospital, North London.

I enjoy speaking to and working with groups as well as individuals.

I completed my first degree in Psychology at Loughborough University followed by three years working as an assistant psychologist. I went on to complete a fulfilling three year clinical psychology doctorate at University College London.

I also hold a post graduate diploma in clinical neuropsychology through the University of Bristol. I am fascinated by the workings of the brain and the links between brain, mood and behaviour.

I regularly update my knowledge and skills through supervision and training.

I am a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and I am an accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. I am also registered with the Health Care Professions Council and have full criminal records bureau clearance. I am currently completing my accreditation in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy.

I am blessed to have a fab husband and two spirited boys. We love the London life as well as getting some fresh air when we can. Diversity is close to my heart as we have family roots in England as well as across Europe and South Africa. I am also a CrossFit convert and love to be connected with my community near and far.
